Due to both safety concerns and personal preference of our guests, we are an Adults Only hotel. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to stay overnight in the hotel nor use the pool. The restaurant and beach club are open to the public.
In an effort to keep our rates as affordable as possible, we request if possible payment in cash US$.
Room Rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to 13% local hotel tax.
Reservations for Villas Serenidad can be made with your credit card over our secure server over the internet.
Customers may pay in full ahead of their stay by using Paypal.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures unless prior arrangement has been made. This includes delayed flights.
In the event of cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation penalty is applied. The more notice you give us, the less the cancellation fee. Please see the details below.

30 to 15 days notice: 25% Charge of total nights reserved
14 to 8 days notice: 50% Charge of total nights reserved

Villas Serenidad is not responsible for any unforeseen event that may cause you to cancel your booking. This includes viruses, disease, sickness, pregnancy, weather, act of nature, or any other event non-related to Villas Serenidad. In order to cover refunds for these cases we recommend that you purchase a third party travel insurance in advance of your travel here in Costa Rica.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your vacation in case of unforeseen circumstances.
